Chip Abernathy
Chip has more than 15 years of marketing and senior-level sales experience. As Chief Marketing Officer of Touchpoints, he is responsible for a diverse range of disciplines that include advertising, marketing, public relations, product development, customer relationships, sales support, strategic messaging, corporate identity, and promotions. His background spans multiple industries – including environmental services, printing, and technology – and he helped build a startup recycling company into a $7 million enterprise in just a few years. During his career, he has also been responsible for managing high-visibility clients such as Nokia, Conoco, and Sysco Foods. Chip helped to launch WayPoint Communication in 2005 and was instrumental in the establishment of Touchpoints. He earned his undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University.
Jacque Abernathy
Jacque brings broad-based, relevant communication experience to Touchpoints. For more than 15 years she has worked with clients worldwide to develop strategies that deliver demonstrable value by driving employee and organizational change. Her capabilities include HR communication, web-based communication, video, print, and management consulting and support. Jacque is also a recognized expert in translating the complexities of benefit programs into conversational, easy-to-understand language designed to engage employees and promote better benefits usage. In 2005, she launched WayPoint, which provides HR-related consulting and communications services. Prior to that, she was a senior communication consultant for two global human resource consulting firms and managed a communication practice in Sydney, Australia. Jacque earned her undergraduate degree in psychology from Texas A&M.

Jack Seitzinger
Jack is a senior organizational development consultant with extensive experience in the high-technology industry, government, and business consulting field in the United States and internationally. He has held executive human resources and organizational development positions at Compaq Computer Corporation, DA Consulting Group, and various government agencies. Jack was also responsible for training 50,000 new Transportation Security Officers in nine months – the largest non-military training effort in the United States since World War II. Additionally, he has led major international business change management projects that effectively transformed organizational strategies by implementing new manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain programs. Dr. Jack earned his Ph.D. from Wayne State University in Detroit, concentrating his studies in systems theory and industrial psychology.

Kelly Flautt
Kelly is a communication consultant with nearly a decade of experience in web, print, and inter-personal communications. She designs comprehensive outreach strategies and has a particular expertise in health and wellness, change, and retirement communication. She began her career as an editor, and is a specialist in the use of grammar, style, and logic to create compelling, engaging communications vehicles. Kelly earned her undergraduate degree in English literature from Texas A&M.
Kate Sustman
Kate Sustman is a communication specialist focused on creating HR communication that enables and encourages behavior change. Kate has experience communicating in print and face to face, and has worked specifically on technical documents (including Summary Plan Descriptions) and behavior change campaigns (including smoking cessation). She excels at managing large projects, and developing and conducting training programs. Kate has had the opportunity to work with clients such as Exterran, ExpressJet and over 40 independent benefit firms. Kate graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications. Prior to joining WayPoint, Kate was involved in systems design and implementation used to streamline applications for large employee groups.
