Annual Enrollment can be confusing. Employees are often handed a large packet of information, without any idea where to start. What has changed? What do I need to do? How much will it cost? Does our company have a spousal surcharge? What is the company match on our 401K?
Enrollment Guide
We realize that enrollment can be a challenge, so we created a guide to help your clients, or employees, navigate the enrollment process so your employees can make the right benefit choices. We include an easy-to-read chart communicating your benefits, plan changes, as well as questions for employees to consider before they enroll.

Enrollment Postcard and Posters
Making sure your employees are aware of the open enrollment period is critical. We have that covered. A few weeks before the open enrollment period, your employees and their dependents will receive a post card at their home, reminding them of the dates, giving them time to review their benefit needs prior to your meetings.
Placing posters around your offices is a great way to remind your employees of upcoming events. Annual enrollment should not be treated any other way. Reach out to your employees with multiple touchpoints, to make sure they know when enrollment is.
