We do not collect data from individuals under age 18 or any dependent data.

  • Employers and firm administrators may manage user data via our RBAC admin system

  • Data is retained for one (1) year following account or client termination
  • We may retain data as needed to fulfill business or legal obligations


9. Communications
We use text and email to deliver employer-approved educational content. These messages are not marketing and are based on employer-provided contact details.


10. U.S. Operations
We serve U.S.-based employers and their workforce.


11. Security
